LiveRamp prepared these climate-related financial risk disclosures in accordance with The Final Report of Recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) (June 2017). Using the TCFD framework, LiveRamp has compiled disclosures on (1) Governance, (2) Strategy (including a qualitative scenario analysis), (3) Risk Management, and (4) Metrics and Targets.
