Today we announced that Warren Jenson will be stepping down as our President, CFO and Executive Managing Director of International to pursue other opportunities. We designed a transition plan that will ensure a smooth handover to his successor. Warren will remain at LiveRamp through April 14, 2023, and will then serve in a consulting capacity until March 31, 2024. We have retained a leading global executive search firm to assist with the search for LiveRamp’s next CFO.

Among Warren’s many accomplishments at LiveRamp, is building an outstanding Finance, Accounting and International organization that is more than capable of managing this transition without missing a beat. To this end, Lauren Dillard, SVP of Finance & Operations, will serve as Interim CFO upon Warren’s departure and Vihan Sharma, EVP of Global Revenue and Managing Director for Europe, will expand his responsibilities to include oversight of LiveRamp’s International operations. 

We are grateful to Warren for his contributions to LiveRamp over the past decade. His leadership and vision were integral in building LiveRamp into the global data collaboration platform that we are today – and we know he will be rooting for LiveRamp from the sidelines.
